Salsas Fresh Mex National French Fry Day Promotion.

General

  1. Information about how to enter and the promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, entrants are deemed to accept these Terms & Conditions.
  2. This promotion is conducted by Salsas Fresh Mex Pty Ltd (ABN 11 129 061 543) with its principal place of business at Level 8, M-City Building and Business District, 2107–2125 Dandenong Road, Clayton VIC 3168 ("Salsas Fresh Mex").
  3. The promotion commences at 9:00am A.E.D.T. on Friday 10th July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Sunday 12th July 2026 ("Promotional Period").
  4. Valid and eligible purchases will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
  5. Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 16 years and over who complete purchase via the official Salsas app ("Eligible Entrants").

Promotion Mechanic

  1. To redeem the promotional offer, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
    • Use the official Salsas app to make a purchase of any large Mexicrinkles currently displayed within the app's menu.
  2. There is a limit to one order of large Mexicrinkles at the discounted price point per transaction per customer. There is no limit to the number of transactions per customer within the Promotional Period.
  3. No entry fee is charged by Salsas Fresh Mex to partake in the promotion.

Offer

  1. Purchase any large Mexicrinkles via the Salsas app during the Promotional Period to receive 50% off the total RRP price.
  2. This is an app-exclusive offer.
  3. Salsas Fresh Mex reserves the right to substitute any promotional product with another of equal or greater value if the advertised product is unavailable for any reason.
  4. If the purchaser chooses not to take their offer (or is unable to) or does not take or claim the offer within the set Promotional Period, as specified by Salsas Fresh Mex, they will forfeit the offer and Salsas Fresh Mex is not obliged to offer a substitute prize.

General Conditions

  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Terms & Conditions and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms & Conditions have the meaning given above, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  3. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Salsas Fresh Mex, Salsas Fresh Mex may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
  4. Salsas Fresh Mex reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). If a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by Salsas Fresh Mex to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible, incorrect and illegible entries, as applicable, will at Salsas Fresh Mex's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
  5. Salsas Fresh Mex's decisions in relation to all aspects of this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Salsas Fresh Mex and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, injury, death, damage or claim which is suffered or incurred (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where Salsas Fresh Mex has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, injury, death, damage or claim and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case Salsas Fresh Mex's liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  7. Salsas Fresh Mex reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits offensive or inappropriate content, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  8. Salsas Fresh Mex reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the competition or claiming a prize, Salsas Fresh Mex will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, Salsas Fresh Mex's decision, acting reasonably, will be final.
  9. Salsas Fresh Mex accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regard to the tax implications relating to the prize or acceptance of the prize.
  10. The winners will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the competition, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed, and acknowledge that Salsas Fresh Mex may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them.
  11. Failure by Salsas Fresh Mex to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

Privacy

  1. Entrants' personal information will be collected by Salsas Fresh Mex directly or through Salsas Fresh Mex's agents or contractors. Personal information will be stored on Salsas Fresh Mex's database. Salsas Fresh Mex collects personal information about entrants to run this competition and may disclose entrants' personal information to its related entities and to third parties including its contractors and agents, prize suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this promotion. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia. Salsas Fresh Mex may also disclose entrants' personal information to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. By entering, entrants consent to receive email or SMS messages from Salsas Fresh Mex without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of this competition. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the competition. Salsas Fresh Mex's Privacy Policy (see www.salsas.com.au/privacy) includes information about: (a) how an entrant can seek access to the personal information Salsas Fresh Mex holds about them and seek correction of the information; and (b) how to complain about a privacy breach and how Salsas Fresh Mex will deal with such a complaint.
