For every $15 that you spend at any Salsa’s in Australia, you get 1 point. Each point is worth $1 and can be redeemed during your next purchase. Or, save them up and pay nothing for your next meal when you’ve accumulated enough points! (Which is handy if you’ve forgotten your wallet, or want to impress your friend by shouting them a free burrito).
But that’s not all. On your birthday, you get a free burrito from any Salsa’s across the country! Too busy skydiving, partying or watching TV to come and get it on the day? No worries! You can grab your free burrito up to 2 days after your birthday!
Just grab a card from any Salsa’s store and swipe the card during every Salsa’s transaction. You can start earning points straightaway, but to start redeeming your points you’ll need to register your card.
Grab a card and activate via the Mex Club website by entering in your details and you’re ready to roll!
We’ll send you an email notifying you of the latest and greatest offers and Salsa’s news. If you choose to add your mobile number when signing up you could receive even more fantastic deals!
Keep in mind that you’ll only see the number of points you can actually spend. For example, if you’ve purchased $5 worth of Salsa’s, you’ll have 0.33 of a point, but your balance will say zero. You need to have spent $15 before you will have 1 point allocated and showing in your account.
To redeem your free birthday burrito, present your Mex Club Card and a photo ID at any Salsa’s store in Australia. Just in case you’re having a massive fiesta on the actual day, you can redeem your free burrito within two days of your birthday.
Often, there’s a simple explanation! Let’s quickly go through a list of the most common issues:
THE CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED
If your card is already registered, then you’re all set and if you have been swiping your card with each Salsa’s purchase, you are well on your way to accruing points. If you can’t remember your account information, retrieve them by entering your email address here
THE EMAIL ADDRESS ENTERED IS REGISTERED TO ANOTHER MEX CLUB CARD
If you have registered a card before, you can’t register another card to the same email address. Log into Mex Club and follow the prompts in the Lost Card section.
EMPTY FIELDS
Sometimes a field can be skipped when Mex Club members are entering their details. If a field is missed and the Save button is clicked, you won’t be able to register the card. We recommend going back to a blank registration page and trying again. Double check every field is filled in before clicking Save.
MEX CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
There’s a little tiny box to tick confirming acceptance of the Mex Club Terms & Conditions. As it’s so small, it can be easily missed. If this isn’t ticked when the Save button is clicked, you won’t be able to register your card. Just go back and try again.
I’VE TRIED ALL OF THESE THINGS AND IT’S STILL NOT WORKING!
Email us at mexclub@salsas.com.au with an explanation of the problem and we will fix it for you!
You may have lost your card parasailing in Cancun or dancing to your favourite band. Regardless of the reason, there is something you can do to keep your points!
Mex Club has a special way of letting you easily keep your points and transfer them to a new card.
Quick, tell me how!
Too easy!
Remember, if you have any problems shoot an email to mexclub@salsas.com.au with both your Mex Club Numbers and verification codes.
To ensure that your points are accurately credited to your card, make sure your card is swiped before the sale has been completed. If you are a regular Mex Club Amigo and you ensure your card is swiped every single time, we’re more than happy to investigate any technical errors. Keep in mind when checking your account that Mex Club points aren’t issued on discounted menu items or special offers.
All the details you gave us when you registered can be changed. Head to the Profile section, update your details and hit save. Mission accomplished!
This one we will need to do for you! Just email your date of birth and Mex Club number to mexclub@salsas.com.au and we’ll take care of the rest.
